Proserv America has been responsive when we’ve had issues and emergencies with air conditioning. I’ve used them for two or three years and the pricing is high–but it was due to something we thought should have been covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Jesus is the boss, and he has been responsive. Gustavo is the serviceperson who comes out, and he is very good.
