They did work on 2 different units and they did a really good job.
Proserv America did work on a couple of different air conditioning units for us. See, we had to change the second unit, so, we had one on top and one in the bottom and they had come and done service in the AC unit in the bottom and they did a really good job and since they did such a good job on the 1st one we called him back for the second unit. Which they had to change completely. I can’t say much about their prices because we didn’t compare prices or did much looking around but I mean, we were satisfied and happy with them because they had good service and I think, good value. The only problem that we had was that, I don’t know who, but someone came to check on the air conditioner, on the 2nd one, and they told my husband they would come back with an estimate on how much it would cost to change it but they never did. So, we have to call them back and let them know that we never got a phone call to find out how much it would be to get the job done.
